Translation

My name is Jake Taylor. I am american. I am 33 years old. I live in Issaquah, near Seattle. My house is near the library. I am a programmer.

Translation

I like to play computer games. Every weekend, I like to play with the computer at my house. My wife and I like to play the computer together. My little brother plays when he is not working. We use the computer to play Stardew Valley.
